Joel Gordon
FOUNDER AND OWNER
Joel Gordon is the founder and owner of Silver Energy Services. He has spent the previous 10 years working in sales and sales leadership roles in the oil and gas service industry. Joel is passionate about the potential for transformative change in the industry through the use of technology. That passion has had significant influence on the direction of Silver Energy Services. Joel graduated as a Petroleum Engineering Technologist in 2009 from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
Sheri Charles
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Sheri Charles is an entrepreneurial executive with 25 years’ experience in business operations and 15 years’ experience in the oil and gas service industry. As Silver Energy Services’ Chief Operating Officer, she is dedicated to creating a strong team that will maximize Silver’s organizational capabilities, operations, and staff performance. Sheri is a graduate of the University of North Carolina.
Scott Krell
VP SALES AND COMMERCIAL
Scott Krell is a business executive with 19 years of oil and gas experience. His passion is engineering and technology in artificial lift and automation. He has grown revenue and commercial operations in smaller companies, grew Cameron International’s artificial lift division, and most recently, comes to us from a technology and commodity division at Schlumberger. Scott has a degree in broadcasting and communication from C.H.I.T School of Broadcasting in Edmonton, Canada.
